1. Introduction

Welcome to Hayya Morocco.

This Payment Policy explains how payments are arranged for individual experiences, multi-day tours, customised itineraries, and additional travel services booked through Hayya Morocco.

We aim to ensure that customers clearly understand the services they are purchasing, the total price, the amount payable at each stage, and any outstanding balance.

Hayya Morocco uses Stripe to process online payments. Depending on the type of booking, customers may pay in full, make an initial partial payment, or receive a personalised quotation and payment request.

2. Our Three Booking and Payment Options

Hayya Morocco offers three main booking arrangements:

Individual Experiences: Customers book a specific activity or experience and may request additional travel services separately.

Design Your Experience: Customers select several experiences and request a personalised travel arrangement, with an overall quotation prepared by our team.

Multi-Day Tours: Customers book an organised itinerary with the accommodation, transportation, meals, guiding services, and activities specified in the published tour programme.

Each booking type has its own pricing and payment process, as explained below.

3. Individual Experiences — Activity Booking Payments

Customers booking an individual experience, such as horse riding, camel trekking, surfing, a cooking class, or a cultural workshop, will see the applicable experience price during booking.

Depending on the booking conditions, the customer may be required to pay one of the following proportions of the experience price at the initial payment stage:

  • 10% of the experience price.
  • 20% of the experience price.
  • 50% of the experience price.
  • 100% of the experience price.

The applicable percentage is determined by the selected experience and the payment arrangements displayed during checkout. Customers do not automatically have a choice between all four percentages.

Where less than the full experience price is paid initially, the outstanding balance and its due date will be communicated as part of the booking conditions.

The initial payment relates to the selected experience and any items expressly included in the checkout total.

Additional services requested separately are not automatically included in that initial payment.

4. Optional Services for Individual Experiences

During the booking process, customers may indicate whether they would like Hayya Morocco to arrange any of the following:

  • Accommodation: Hotels, riads, or other suitable accommodation.
  • Transportation: Transfers, private transport, or other agreed transport arrangements.
  • Private Guide: A private guide or additional guiding services.
  • Meals / Restauration: Meals, catering, or other agreed dining arrangements.

Customers can indicate their preferences by selecting Yes or No for each service.

Selecting Yes represents a request for further information and a quotation. It does not automatically confirm the service, add its price to the original booking, or authorise an additional payment.

After the initial experience booking, the Hayya Morocco team will contact the customer to discuss availability, requirements, dates, service details, and applicable prices.

The customer will receive a separate quotation or invoice showing the additional services and their total cost.

The customer will not be charged for an optional service until its price and relevant conditions have been disclosed and accepted.

5. Separate Invoices for Additional Services

If a customer chooses to add accommodation, transport, private guiding, or meals after booking an individual experience, Hayya Morocco may issue a separate invoice or payment request.

This invoice will identify the agreed services, applicable charges, total payable amount, currency, and payment deadline.

Payment information may be communicated through:

  • The customer’s registered email address.
  • Official Hayya Morocco WhatsApp communication.
  • An authorised secure payment link.

Where a Stripe payment link or Stripe-hosted invoice payment page is provided, customers can complete the payment through the secure page associated with that request.

Customers should never send card numbers, card security codes, online banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials directly through email or WhatsApp.

A request for optional services does not guarantee their availability. Additional services are confirmed after the customer accepts the arrangements and the applicable confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

6. Design Your Experience — Customised Travel Arrangements

Hayya Morocco allows customers to create their own travel experience by selecting activities and experiences that match their interests.

During the initial request process, the platform may display:

  • The selected experiences.
  • The individual prices of those experiences.
  • The combined price of the selected experiences.

Customers may also request accommodation, transportation, private guiding, and meals.

The initially displayed total for the experiences does not automatically include the cost of additional services that have not yet been priced.

After receiving the customer’s request, the Hayya Morocco team will review the selected experiences, travel dates, number of participants, requested additional services, and availability.

A personalised quotation will then be prepared.

The quotation will identify the experiences and additional services included, the total price payable, applicable payment conditions, and any relevant booking restrictions.

7. Payment for Customised Travel Packages

After the customer reviews and accepts the personalised quotation, Hayya Morocco will provide the agreed payment instructions.

Depending on the confirmed quotation, payment may be arranged as:

  • A single payment covering the agreed total.
  • An initial deposit followed by a remaining balance.
  • An agreed instalment schedule.

The number and amounts of instalments, payment deadlines, and conditions will be specified in the accepted quotation or booking confirmation.

Customised quotations must identify all services included in the agreed price.

Any service not included in the accepted quotation will require separate disclosure and customer approval before an additional charge is made.

No customer is required to pay for a requested service solely because they selected it on the original request form.

8. Multi-Day Tours — Inclusive Tour Pricing

Hayya Morocco offers organised multi-day tours designed to combine experiences and essential travel arrangements within a planned itinerary.

The advertised tour price covers the services described as included in the relevant tour programme, including the accommodation, transportation, meals, guiding services, and scheduled experiences specified for that tour.

Customers should review the tour itinerary and the What’s Included and What’s Not Included information before booking.

The total price for the advertised tour and its stated inclusions will be disclosed before payment.

No additional payment will be requested for services already included in the confirmed tour price.

Any excluded items, optional upgrades, or customer-requested changes involving additional costs will be communicated separately and require the customer’s agreement.

The payment structure for a multi-day tour may require full payment or an agreed deposit and balance, according to the conditions disclosed before booking.

Where a tour is classified as regulated package travel, the mandatory statutory information and financial protection requirements applicable to that booking will take precedence over inconsistent terms in this policy.

9. Stripe — Online Payment Processing

Hayya Morocco uses Stripe for online payment processing.

Customers may complete payments through the Stripe payment functionality integrated into our booking system or through authorised Stripe-hosted payment pages where offered.

Available payment methods are displayed during the relevant payment process and may vary according to the transaction, country, currency, and payment provider.

Stripe and the customer’s financial institution may require additional security checks or payment authentication.

For information about Stripe’s processing of personal data, customers may consult:

https://stripe.com/privacy

Hayya Morocco handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

10. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Additional Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website, checkout page, or personalised quotation.

The total payable amount must be made clear before a customer authorises a payment.

Applicable mandatory taxes and unavoidable charges will be included in or clearly disclosed with the price, as required by applicable law.

Prices for optional services that depend on a customer’s specific requirements may be quoted separately once those requirements are known.

No optional service charge will be added without the customer’s agreement.

When a customer’s bank converts the payment into a different currency, exchange rates and bank-imposed charges may affect the amount shown on their bank statement.

11. Deposits, Partial Payments and Outstanding Balances

Some bookings require an advance payment rather than immediate payment of the full agreed price.

Where a deposit or partial payment applies, the customer will be informed of:

  • The total agreed booking price.
  • The initial amount payable.
  • The outstanding balance.
  • The due date for any remaining payment.
  • The applicable cancellation and refund conditions.

An advance payment does not mean that the remaining balance has been waived.

The refundable or non-refundable status of any deposit is governed by the disclosed cancellation conditions and applicable consumer protection law.

Where payment of an outstanding balance is required, the customer must follow the agreed payment schedule.

If a payment is not completed by the agreed deadline, Hayya Morocco may contact the customer to discuss available arrangements. Any cancellation or related charge remains subject to applicable booking conditions and law.

12. Invoices, Receipts and Payment Confirmation

Customers may receive payment confirmations, receipts, invoices, and booking communications electronically.

For individual experiences with separately requested travel services, the initial experience payment and the later additional-service invoice may appear as separate transactions.

For customised travel arrangements, a consolidated quotation or invoice may include the agreed total for experiences and additional services.

For multi-day tours, the booking documentation will identify the confirmed tour price and applicable payment schedule.

Customers should retain copies of invoices, receipts, and booking confirmations.

A successful payment transaction does not necessarily mean that every requested service has been confirmed; booking confirmation remains subject to the applicable availability and acceptance process.

13. Changes to a Confirmed Booking

Customers who wish to modify travel dates, participants, accommodation, transport arrangements, guiding services, meals, or booked activities should contact Hayya Morocco.

Any additional amount resulting from an agreed change will be disclosed before payment is requested.

Where a change reduces the services booked, any refund or price adjustment will be determined under the applicable contract, cancellation conditions, and mandatory legal rights.

No new payment obligation will arise from a proposed change unless the customer agrees to the revised arrangement.

14. Cancellations and Refunds

Each experience or tour may have its own cancellation and refund conditions.

Customers must review the applicable conditions shown on the product page and communicated as part of the booking before completing payment.

For separately purchased additional services, the applicable cancellation conditions will be explained when those services are quoted and accepted.

Refunds may be full or partial depending on the agreed conditions, the circumstances of cancellation, and applicable law.

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method where technically possible.

Refund processing times may vary according to the payment provider, bank, and applicable statutory requirements.

Nothing in this Payment Policy limits any mandatory statutory cancellation or refund right.

For further information, please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

15. Payment Errors, Duplicate Charges and Disputes

If a payment is declined, interrupted, duplicated, or appears incorrect, customers should contact Hayya Morocco before attempting repeated payments where practical.

Customers can request assistance by providing their booking reference, transaction date, charged amount, and a description of the issue.

Hayya Morocco will review the available transaction records and cooperate with the payment processor where appropriate.

Customers retain their rights to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider regarding unauthorised transactions or payment disputes.

16. Package Travel and Customer Rights

Certain travel arrangements combining multiple services, including accommodation, passenger transport, and tourist experiences, may qualify as package travel under applicable law.

Where legislation regulating package travel applies, the relevant statutory rights, information obligations, cancellation protections, refund requirements, and applicable insolvency protection requirements will be respected.

The classification of a booking depends on the services purchased and how they are combined and sold.

No provision in this Payment Policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Customer Payment Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing the amount, currency, services, payment schedule, and cancellation terms before authorising a payment.

Customers should provide accurate contact details and ensure they use a payment method they are authorised to use.

Where a personalised quotation is issued, customers should confirm that the quotation accurately reflects their requested services before accepting it.

Customers should contact Hayya Morocco promptly if any payment details or invoice amounts appear incorrect.
