Begin in Marrakech with a sunrise hot air balloon flight before spending the day experiencing the
peaceful side of the Agafay Desert. Enjoy its landscapes, swim and relax by the pool, listen to local
music and hear stories from people connected to the region, followed by a traditional Moroccan
dinner and live entertainment.
Then travel deep into southern Morocco toward Merzouga, where three nights in a desert camp
become the heart of the journey.
Experience the Sahara through a quad adventure, a sunset camel ride and sandboarding among
the dunes. Spend evenings surrounded by traditional music beneath the stars.
The journey then moves into living Amazigh heritage through three immersive experiences:
Amazigh culture, traditional Amazigh henna customs and an interactive Ahidous music workshop.
Finish the journey at the legendary Aït Ben Haddou before returning to Marrakech.

Welcome to Marrakech
Guests arrive in Marrakech during the afternoon or evening and are welcomed before checking into their Riad.
After settling in, guests can rest or enjoy the surrounding atmosphere of Marrakech.
Dinner is served at the Riad before the first overnight stay.

From Marrakech Skies to the Agafay Sunset
Guests prepare around 4:00 AM for the transfer to the hot air balloon experience.
After the flight, breakfast is served at the activity location.
Around 10:00 AM, continue to the Agafay Desert.
Upon arrival, enjoy traditional Moroccan tea and pastries before taking time to appreciate the Agafay landscape and its peaceful desert atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, relax and take in the surrounding views.
During the afternoon, experience local music and listen to stories and perspectives from people connected to the Agafay region, creating an opportunity to discover the area beyond its landscapes.
Lunch and a period of rest are included during the experience.
As the afternoon progresses, enjoy the changing colors and atmosphere of Agafay before dinner and a live Moroccan show.
Return to Marrakech after the evening experience.

Into the Sahara
Depart Marrakech at approximately 5:00 AM.
Travel through the High Atlas toward Ouarzazate, arriving around 8:00–8:30 AM for breakfast and a short 30-minutenbreak.
Continue toward southeastern Morocco.
Around 1:00–2:00 PM, stop for lunch in the Tinghir or Tinejdad area for approximately 45–60 minutes.
Continue toward Rissani and Merzouga.
Around 5:00 PM, take a short break of approximately 20 minutes for coffee, bathroom and stretching.
Arrive in the Merzouga area around 6:30–7:30 PM, depending on road conditions.
Continue to the desert camp, arriving around 8:00 PM.
Enjoy dinner, the Sahara atmosphere and traditional Merzouga music beneath the stars.

Ride the Dunes, Chase the Sunset
Begin the morning with a quad adventure toward a remote location among the dunes.
Return to the camp for lunch and a period of rest.
Later, prepare for the sunset camel ride toward the sandboarding area.
Enjoy sandboarding among the dunes before relaxing with Moroccan tea and pastries while watching the sunset.
Return to camp for dinner and a traditional musical evening around the campfire.

Live the Soul of Amazigh Morocco
Spend the day near the Merzouga camp immersed in Amazigh culture.
The three workshops are designed to be interactive, allowing guests to participate rather than simply observe.
After completing the experiences, enjoy a final tea and Moroccan sweets celebration.
Return to the camp for dinner and a final artistic and musical evening in the Sahara.

From the Sahara to Aït Ben Haddou
Wake up to the desert atmosphere around sunrise and enjoy breakfast at the camp.
Begin the return journey through southern Morocco.
Stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant along the route.
Continue toward Kalaat M’Gouna for a Moroccan tea break.
Then continue to Aït Ben Haddou.
Visit the historic Kasbah and explore its ancient streets, architecture and surrounding landscapes.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at an Auberge.

One Last Moroccan Morning
Enjoy breakfast at the Auberge before beginning the direct return journey to Marrakech.

Comfortable clothing, suitable walking shoes, sun protection and a light layer for cooler desert evenings are recommended.
Camel riding and sandboarding are included within the Merzouga camp package and are presented separately in the itinerary as distinct experiences.
The Agafay experience focuses on relaxation, landscapes, local music and human connection rather than repeating the desert adventure activities offered later in Merzouga.
The Amazigh workshops are interactive cultural experiences rather than observation-only activities.
